Main Event

* Virtual Support during early labour & Continuous in-person physical & emotional support during active labour

* A 'treasure chest' of comfort measures and coping strategies, but the main tools I use are: My hands (for amazing hip squeezes.) My breath (as a yoga instructor it's our best coping tool in natural labour.) My body (literally shoulders to lean on, & figuratively my energy, calming nature, encouragement & motivation.)

*Use of my MAMA TENS MACHINE. These electrodes are 'all-the-rave' in birth! 

* Partner Support -  I'm there to keep them hydrated, rested, and confident in the birthing process and your ability to birth your baby. Teamwork makes dreamwork! I don't replace your partner, we are the dynamic-duo supporting you!

Encore

* I will be by your side for 1-2 hours after the birth to assist with first feeding, & get you settled in with your new baby.
The postpartum period is a time for physical recovery, rest and adjustment in your new family dynamic. I have your back for any support needed.  

* 1 X Postpartum Visit (1-2 hours) to assist with anything you need (feeding, baby care, mama care, etc.)

* 24/7 access via text or email for 6 weeks for any further support you need from me.
